The right to publish a collection of the Ukrainian traditional art in the ONLINE MUSEUM OF TRADITIONAL ART OF UKRAINE – KROVETS https://krovets.ua (the Site) is only available to citizens of Ukraine who:

■ have reached the age of 18 and have a valid Electronic Digital Signature that can be used in "Vchasno" Service;

■ comply with Community Standards, Terms of Use, and Terms of Purchase of photo-reproductions;

■ possesses all the ownership rights over their collection, or are authorized representative of a legal entity that is the legal owner of all exhibits of the collection;

■ are either authors of all their photo-reproductions themselves, or hold the rights to use all photo-reproductions of all exhibits of their collection, in particular, the right to publish these photo-reproductions on the Site, and hold the right to sell all photo-reproductions through the Site.

The right to publish a collection on the Site is not available to citizens of other countries. If you are a citizen of Ukraine, please refer to the Ukrainian version of these Terms.

Under all circumstances, the Ukrainian version of these Terms of publishing collections prevails.
